Legal Consultation
Consultation fee is 5,000yen(tax exclusive) per 30 minutes.
When clients decides to nominete the lawyer as the attorney in supecific
case, the rertainer at the beginning and Success at the ending are charged.
Car Accident
(1) Retainer \200,000+tax
(2) Success 24% of economical gain-\200,000+tax
Divorse
(1) Retainer \300,000〜\500,000+tax
(2) Success \300,000〜\500,000+tax
and/or “10%＋tax” of economical gain(s) by the client.
Additional fee shall be applied when client can not use Japanese or Foreign
Law is applied.
Litigation
(1) Retainer “8%+tax” of the amount of economical claim(s) +tax
(2) Success “16%+tax” of economical gain(s) by the client.
Time charge
If there is agreement to make use of time charge system between Lawyer
and Clients, Time Charge sistem is available. Time charge is \10,000〜 \20,000@1hour
*Actual Expencs for the activity(for example, Travel fee, Postage and so
on) and daily allowance for a business trip will be charged on top of the
attorney fee,
Legal Aid
Japan Legal Support Center(Ho-Terrace) provides financial aid for those
who have limited financial resources. In order to apply this service, at
first, there must be possibilities to win. Then, required conditions have
to be fulfilled;
*Legal Aid is available to foreigners; however, residential status (visa)
is needed.
